Today was my first experience with Gaudi Art. Caroline and I took a bus to Guell Park. This place is really awesome because not only is the art really unique, but also has great views of the city. One of the museums had some furniture that he made. I think Lady Gaga would've liked it: it was cool looking but completely impractical.
Sagrada Familia is also Gaudi Art. It's a church of sorts. It's really big and is a crazy shape. Recently the inside was finished, but they still haven't copmleted the outside. The inside has mile high ceilings and the stained glass made beautiful colours dance across the white walls.
After this, we got some hot chocolate. It is so thick and I'm not sure exactly how it's made but I've never had anything like it. We spent the night on the waterfront. At the restaurant where we had dinner, it just so happened that Caroline knew the two kids who sat next to us! What a small world. After dinner we went looking for IceBarcelona, an ice bar right on the beach. There was a lot of night life to choose from, which is very different from Florence. It took awhile to find but was totally worth it. Everything, including the glasses, were made of ice! Today was one of the best days of my life, despite the terrible weather!
